Operating principle of YC-501 mini organic solvent spray dryer (mini organic solvent spray dryer)

YC-501 micro organic solvent spray dryer (closed spray dryer) uses a menu type micro processing controller (7-inch touch screen), which can directly set the inlet temperature, air flow, automatic needle passing frequency, pump speed, and realize data acquisition, process monitoring and control. The self-priming peristaltic pump enters the drying chamber from the container through the nozzle, and the compressed nitrogen enters the drying chamber from the outer casing to make the liquid particles. The heated nitrogen enters the drying chamber from the upper layer and meets the liquid particles after spray, and the articles begin to dry. The dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas through the rotary air separator and enter the collection bottle. The air flow containing organic steam is cooled down in the heat exchanger, and then the solvent is condensed and recovered in the refrigeration device. The clean nitrogen enters the next cycle.

1)It can solve the problem of difficult drying of materials containing organic solvents in spray drying. Generally, organic solvents are flammable and explosive. The basic type is suitable for spray drying of aqueous solution. After YC-501 nitrogen circulation system is selected, it can be upgraded to organic solvent type, which is simple to upgrade;

5)YC500 desktop spray dryer is upgraded to organic solvent type, and only YC-501 components need to be purchased: due to budget constraints, many researchers with organic solvent drying needs can only purchase aqueous spray dryer, but later, they have to purchase organic solvent spray dryer again, resulting in a great waste of research funds. YC-500 laboratory table type spray dryer has completely solved this problem. After purchasing the basic model, researchers only need to purchase YC-501 nitrogen circulation system later to form a closed spray dryer, and the connection is very convenient.
